FIXED SMART FREFRIGERATION UNIT (50% to 70% energy saving)
This system consists of:
1. Condensing unit: which is made up of
- Refrigerant: R404a, R449a, R448a etc.
- Compressor: scroll type
- Condenser, condenser fan, gas –liquid separator, liquid accumulator, filter
drier, sight glass, low pressure sensor, high pressure switch, current
transformer, temperature sensor, AC contactor, electrical components
integration.
2. Intelligent control system (Microcomputer – touch screen):
Liquid Injection Technology—controlled by smart sense—protects the compressor, from high discharge temperature failure, Onboard control for Liquid Injection by sensing Discharge Line Temperature (DLT), Self-Diagnostic on Sensor Failure and Operation Status Monitoring
3. Evaporator: This has hot Freon defrosting system which can save 1500 to 5000Kwh electricity annually.
FREQUENCY CONVERSION SMART UNIT
The frequency conversion unit has a very low starting current and continue saving, which is more recommended for solar energy because the number of solar panel or energy and batteries can be minimized to achieved 24/7 operation. It consists of
